WAYS IN THE WILDERNESS A Spiritual Journey The Wilderness is a place of paradox. It is a place fraught with danger, yet a refuge for those fleeing the City. It is a place of desolation, yet a place to be loved. It is a place of aridity yet there are waters to be found. It is a place where God leads his people into and dwells among them and teaches them. For all who listen, the desert is a place where the Unutterable Voice of Silence is heard. In our Lent Talks, this year, we shall enter the desert experience through the lives of Moses, Elijah, John the Baptist & Jesus and simultaneously look at the wilderness within ourselves.
