M10b 400-06 Known History

The car was first raced in 1970 by Peter Gethin who went on to win the European F5000 championship in the car. He also finished 7th in the Silverstone F1 race and set a new joint lap record at Castle Combe that stood for 14 years in the same year.

Reine Wisell also raced the car 6 times in the later part of 1970.

Derek Bell also raced the car and won the 1st heat at Monza in June 1970

In 1971 the car was raced by Keith Holland both car and driver ended up in the lake at Mallory Park early in the season !!

The car also won the British Sprint Championship in 1976 & 1977 in the hands of Dave Harris.

Other owners over the years have been Clive Baker, John Peskett, Robin Darlington, Rick Hall and Mike Berretta, from whom I bought the car in August 2000.
