All my life I have drawn hawkmoths whenever they have come my way. My earliest drawings - of Hummingbird, Privet and Lime Hawkmoths, all shown here - were done while I was at school.

Recently inspired by A.R.Pittaway's scholarly " The Hawkmoths of the Western Palaearctic" I decided to go through my sketchbooks and to collect together any drawings related to hawkmoths. Here is the result so far. I have not been able to identify some of the moths drawn and may have identified others incorrectly. If you can provide correct identification, please let me know.
