This recognises success of competing in the show ring either Western or English - both Halter (in-hand) and Ridden. Based on the same points scheme used by APHA, owners and riders are awarded points based on their position in the line and the number of competitors in the classes they take part in over the season. The results are announced at the AGM held in late October/early November The Western Ridden Challenge This award recognises the ridden achievement of Paint horses taking part in any Western ridden events during the showing season.
