Old Laithe Bed & Breakfast

Old Laithe is located in the rolling countryside of East Lancashire. It is situated on the proposed Pennine Bridleway outside the village of Laneshawbridge, ideal for cycling , riding and ramling holidays in Lancashire and Yorkshire.

It’s location is ideally suited as a base for exploring the extensive Bridleway network around the Yorkshire Dales and Bronte Country, as well as being only 8 miles from the Mary Towneley loop.

For non - riders we are a 15 minute drive from the old market town of Skipton & the Bronte village of Haworth. Wycollar Country Park is an approx. 20-minute walk away. There is also an extensive range of mill shops in the area.

There are several Pubs in the area serving excellent food, some are within easy walking distance, otherwise transport can be arranged.

All the stables have automatic waterers and hayracks and 2 have full rubber matting.

Cyclist and Ramblers also welcome.

We are pleased to say that this is a no smoking establishment.

How to find us…

We are located about 1 mile from the A6068 and A56, on the outskirts of Colne.

From M65. Continue along M65 Direction COLNE until junction 14. Exit motorway and follow signs to Keighley. At third roundabout take first left to LOTHERSDALE. Follow road for 1 mile and take 2^nd right onto HILL LANE. We are the first house on the left.

From SKIPTON A56. Follow Direction COLNE through FOULRIDGE, on exiting the village pass between the reservoirs and take second left onto CASTLE RD. Follow road till end and turn right at T Junction. Take the first left onto HILL LANE. We are the first house on the left.

From KEIGHLEY A6068. Follow direction COLNE into LANESHAWBRIGE. On entering village, take first right after EMMOTT ARMS. Follow road for about a mile and we are located on the right hand side opposite Sycamore Rise Nursing Home.
