The 2008 Annual Reunion. This year’s Reunion took place at Lockleys on the 80th anniversary of the School’s opening. We were pleased to see 3 old scholars who had joined in the early 1930’s, when the school was still run by its founder, Miss Wragg, under its original name of Welwyn Garden City High School. Messages were read from Peggy Eastwood and her daughter Wendy, Mr G Godsmark, and a number of old scholars who were unable to attend. Altogether 45 old scholars, 1 ex-staff and 6 other guests were present.
