MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

New members are always welcome and there are three types of membership available.

BRANCH MEMBERSHIP which is for persons who live locally and attend branch meetings, lectures, and arranged resource visits.  They are also entitled to attend other branch meetings if they wish and they will receive two issues of the NIFHS Journal “North Irish Roots” each year

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP is for persons who cannot attend branch meetings but wish to be involved in the Society.  An annual subscription includes two issues of NIFHS Journal “North Irish Roots” and a profile form of interests can be submitted which will subsequently be published in the Journal which reaches members in over fourteen countries.

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP is for persons who wish to be attached to the Omagh Branch but live outside Northern Ireland.  This is a combination of Branch and Associate membership and includes two issues of NIFHS Journal with all the usual rights and obligations of the Society.  An affiliate member would also be able to avail of advice from fellow branch members on matters such as resource location in the area.
