To continue like this we rely on tenants paying their rent on the designated rent day.

All Properties let by us are owned by us.

¨ Range of Properties.

We have a wide range of properties around the City of Gloucester (1 & 2 Bedroom Flats & Maisonettes & 2 - 5 Bedroom Houses).

¨ Our Properties are well Managed and Maintained.

We are very experienced and well equipped to Manage & Maintain our properties within our own resources. The only work contracted out is electrical & gas. Up to April 1999 we were also trading as Building Contractors, again well established. We decided to close that side of our business to concentrate on our properties.

¨ Annual Property Inspections.

All of our properties are inspected by us each year and between tenancies to ensure that they remain in good condition. This is arranged by appointment with the tenant at least 14 days in advance.

¨ Annual Gas Inspections & Servicing.

Properties with gas service pipes and appliances owned by us are inspected and serviced by a Gas Safety registered Gas Contractor each year or upon change of tenancy, this is arranged by appointment with the tenant at least 14 days in advance. A copy of the certificate will be given to the tenant.

¨ Electrical Installation Inspections.

All electrical installations are tested every five years and on any change of tenancy.

¨ Inspection of Fire Alarm Systems.

On the first Thursday of each month we complete a check of the fire alarm systems in our flats, maisonettes and houses where the means of escape from upstairs is through a room other than a hallway. We ask for access on these days either for someone to let us in or written permission for us to enter. Every Thursday we complete a check of the fire alarm system to the shared areas of the flats.
