Thirteen vehicles from the WWII era rolled into Nottingham city centre on Saturday 11th October 2008.
A simple task, to raise money for the HELP FOR HEROES organisation, a strictly non-political body, raising money for servicemen and women wounded in Afghanistan and Iraq.
If you would like to find out more about this cause, visit.
The people of Nottingham where more than happy to stop and chat with the vehicle owners and many, telling stories of there own experiences and wartime exploits.
Even with the economy being as it is, young and old alike dug deep and a considerable amount of money was raised.
THANK YOU PEOPLE OF NOTTINGHAM.
