Information:

Playing Time: We normally contract to play a maximum of 2 x 1 hour ( or 3 x 40 minutes) over a reasonable time span. We can play extra sets for a reasonable extra charge.

PA : We use a small vocal PA ( JBL EON15 - 250 Watts per side.) This is fine for small to medium size functions. For larger events it may be necessary to hire a larger PA (eg 2K rig from £250.)

Line up - Singer/Flugel, Piano, Double Bass, Drums, Saxophone (Smaller and larger combos available).

Price Guide: Starts at £650 for the 5 piece band off peak. Increases with distance from Manchester and on popular nights. Smaller combos available at less cost.

We can also offer instrumental combos: duos, trios and quartets, playing the jazz standards repertoire. For example, a Piano, Double Bass and Saxophone trio, or a Guitar and Double Bass duo. This creates a great atmosphere for an afternoon drinks reception or during dinner or for a drinks party.

Stage Space: Minimum of 12' by 10' plus speakers at side.

Set up time: Approximately half an hour.

Public Liability: We have public liability insurance through M.U. membership.

P.A.T. Testing. Out equipment is P.A.T. Tested.

Background music: We can play background music in between sets - ipods or CD's on request.

Personnel: The personnel may vary from the photo. The standard and flare of the musicians is always of the highest. We vary our players, keeping the music and the musicians interested and interesting. The buzz starts on the bandstand!
