RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

and BOOKING FORM

All bookings are subject to the agreement to, and signed completion of, the rental terms and conditions as set out in this information sheet. Please retain one copy and sign and return the second to confirm the booking.

1. A provisional booking may be made by telephone or email and will be held for 7 days pending receipt of this signed agreement and confirmation of dates.
2. A deposit of £125.00 per week is required with this booking form and once received, the reservation will be confirmed in writing and the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Upon payment of the outstanding balance, the client shall be required to pay a refundable security/breakages deposit of £150.00. This will be refunded as soon as possible after the property has been vacated, less the cost of any breakages, extraordinary cleaning or damage caused during the period of hire in accordance with the property managers report.
4. Approximately 10 weeks prior to departure a reminder will be sent by post or email indicating the balance due. This must be paid not later than 8 weeks prior to departure. If payment has not been received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In the event of cancellation or non-payment the following cancellation charges will apply:

                                                               i.      6-8 weeks prior            -           50% of rental charge

                                                             ii.      4-6 weeks prior            -           75% of rental charge

                                                           iii.      Up to 4 weeks prior -    100% of rental charge

All cancellations must be made in writing.

5.       It is required that the client and all members of his/her party are covered by adequate Holiday Insurance. Neither the owner of the property, nor servants, nor agents concerned will be liable for loss, damage or accident to you, your property or any member of your party or their property or for any medical expenses however incurred.

6.       All clients are required to supervise children in and around the pool area. The alarms on doors leading to the pool must not be disconnected. They are provided for you and your children’s safety.

7.       Clients may gain access to the property after 4pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged and agreed.
