STAGE 1 PROGRAMME INFORMATION : |
Stage {1} of "Over-Count" Specialised OTC Withdrawal Programme.
This Stage is to be completed over 1 evening, and is followed 1 week later by Stage {2}.
====================================================================== THIS IS A LIST OF THE BENEFITS AND THE + THIS IS A LIST OF THE ADVERSE AND GOOD THINGS THAT I CURRENTLY GET + BAD THINGS THAT CURRENTLY BY TAKING MY DRUGS, AND WHICH I + AFFECT ME, AND WHICH WILL WILL CONTINUE TO GET, IF I CARRY ON + CONTINUE TO AFFECT ME,IF I CARRY TAKING THE STUFF :- + ON TAKING THE STUFF :- + + + + + + + + + + + + + + ====================================================================== INSTRUCTIONS : Take a whole evening to compile both Lists, taking your time, and going back to add new reasons which you may think of, or delete reasons which you later may feel are incorrect.
The important thing is to be TOTALLY HONEST with what you put down. Only list things that you believe affects yourself, and don't put down things that other people may have told you that you should be feeling, unless you honestly believe are true, and really affects yourself. E.g. if your Partner has told you taking Drugs will ruin your health, but you do not believe this is a "bad" reason which may affect you, don't list this. Only list the reasons "good" and "bad", which YOU believe to be true to you. No-one need see your finished List but you, but do keep it for later reference.
At the end of the exercise, if you find you have listed about the same numbers of "good" and "bad" reasons, -Sorry, but you are wasting your time trying to quit your habit now, as you have no real reasons or motivation to do so, and your completed List will have shown this to you.
Most people who really DO want to quit, find that they have put down about 1/3 more "bad" reasons than their "good" ones, as long as they have been totally honest with their answers.
If this is you, Great !! Keep this List in a safe place for future reference, and contact Over-Count in order to pass onto Stage {2} of the 3 Stage Withdrawal Programme.
Phone or Write to us, asking for Stage {2} to be sent to you to begin. Stage {2} is done over a 2 week long period, and is followed by the main Stage {3} full Withdrawal Programme. Good Luck!! ====================================================================== |
