anticipate to have no major upsets or upheavals due, in your life.

INSTRUCTIONS :   At the top of each page of your 2 week "Diary", usually starting on a Monday,

enter the Day and Week No, e.g.- Monday,Week 1..... Thursday,Week 2, etc, to cover the whole 2

  week period.

During this 2 week period, you ARE allowed to take NORMAL QUANTIES each day, of the Drugs

you take, at the USUAL Times daily,at which you normally take them, BUT you must do 2 things-

[1] Every day, you must enter the TIME you take your Drugs at, the QUANTITY taken at this time,

the actual PRODUCT taken, and most important, HOW YOU FEEL, both PHYSICALLY and

MENTALLY, at the exact time you take your Drugs at..... then..

[2] Exactly 45 MINUTES LATER, you must write a 2nd entry, listing the new TIME, and DIFFER-

ENCES, if any, both PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY, since taking the Drug 45 minutes ago.

You must do this each day, every time you take your doses of your Drugs, without fail.

An Example of what a page in your Diary might look like is....

I                              ...... and so on throughout each individual day...

    ======================================================================

No-one need see your 2 week "Diary" but you, but do keep it in a safe place, for future reference.

PURPOSE OF THIS STAGE [2] -  To identify over a 2 week period, the actual true quantities of

Drugs you are really taking per day/ per week, and - Times of the day when you are "more at risk" of

wanting to take your Drugs, than at other times, and - To identify times of each day that you may have

thought you were getting a lot of Benefits by taking your Drug at a particular time, but by entering

the true differences in your Physical and Mental states, 45 minutes after taking a dose, you can see

the real Benefits, if any, which you are actually getting, and finally - Because what you have been

really doing over the 2 weeks, is listing these "true" Benefits which you obtain from taking your

Drugs, you can now compare them to the list of Benefits and Good Effects, which you made in Stage

[1] of this Withdrawal Programme, some 3 weeks ago now, and most Clients are very surprised as they find their original "Benefits" lists, are completely different to what they actually experience.
