Rental Prices

The cost per week is for the villa and not per person. If your booking falls within different price brackets, the cost of your stay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Special rates are available for long-term lets from November to March. Please email for a personal quotation.

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week (i.e. £100.00 for one week, £200.00 for two weeks, etc.) is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100.00 is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the villa has been inspected.

What's included in the rental cost

• Air-conditioning (and heating in winter)
• All linen and bath towels (except beach towels)
• Travel cot and high chair (if required)
• Use of the complex facilities including two swimming pools, changing rooms, poolside showers and sunbeds. In addition to the sunbeds around the pool, there are four sunbeds for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Villa.

What's not included in the rental cost

• Flights - these will need to be booked separately. Please refer to our page on flights to Cyprus.
• Transfers - it's a short journey from Paphos Airport to Paradise Villa. Please refer to our page on transfers from Paphos Airport to Paradise Villa.
• Travel Insurance - we always recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance.
