The Old Brewhouse is a new single story barn conversion attached to the owner’s farmhouse and set within a productive fruit, vegetable and flower garden. It is a well equipped self catering unit consisting of a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, lounge and kitchen/dining room.

The accommodation has its own private patio with panoramic views and stunning sunsets. Come here to relax and enjoy the countryside.

Lounge

The lounge is a comfortable and spacious area with double patio door and full length windows giving views across the Shropshire countryside.

The patio door opens to a large private patio with table and chairs.

Kitchen/Dining room

Off the lounge
This area is bright and modern and enjoys a view of the garden from the dining table through full length windows. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and washing machine.

Oak units provide storage.

An iron, board and clothes horse is provided and an out side rotary washing line.

Bedroom

The bedroom has an elevated position looking over the garden with views beyond. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and a wardrobe, providing plenty of drawers and hanging space. One set of bed linen is included.

Ensuite Shower Room

This room has a good sized corner shower unit, washbasin and toilet, mirror and shaver point. One set of towels are included.

The property has gas central heating throughout and instant hot water.
