Laxtonpainted Passion

Passion is currently owned by John McKnight, in Scotland and is in training with Bruce Lawrence.  She appears to have the ability and temperament to be a great pleasure horse.

Sonnys My Star

Sold to Gabbi Mitchell of Warwickshire in 2003.

We bred “Chiefy” as we called her, twice. She produced 2 loud overo paints.  Her first was a colt by Glad I’m Tardee Too, called Tardees Dunit in Colour.  The second was a filly by our stallion Whata Smoke.

Laxtonpainted Lacy Lady

Here is Lace, who we sold to Joanne & Carol Zalesinski of Halifax, Yorkshire in 2001

The picture on the left was taken in 1999 at the American Pleasure Horse show when Lace took the show by storm.  The following quote is taken from Lyn Jarvis’ show report... “The star of 1999 has got to be Sue Painter’s little Paint Horse, Laxtonpainted Lacy Lady. Only a yearling this little filly won the coloured young stock class, the coloured lightweight class, the best skewbold class and the overall coloured in-hand championship, as well as holding her own in the open classes and coming second in the showmanship at halter class.”

On the right is Joanne with Laxtonpainted Lacy Lady at the BSPA World Championships of Colour in 2004, taking the Colourama Championship and winning  a cracking BSPA Jacket.  She also achieved the following: 1st in Overo, 1st in Progeny Group.

In 2005 Lace repeated her above performance by yet again winning the Overo class and taking the Colourama Championship and Winning another BSPA jacket.
