PATHWAY  TO  PRAYER

Saturday  24th  MARCH 2012

From 10.30 am until 4.30 pm (Registration 9.45 am)

at

Portland ChurchPortland Church

St Meddans Church, Troon    and    Portland Church, Troon

Pathway to Prayer is a day exploring different approaches to prayer. It has been running for 20 years and has grown steadily so that we now welcome over 100 people each year, using halls in both St. Meddans and Portland churches, which fortunately are just across the road from each other. The event is totally ecumenical, with speakers from the various denominations. This year will be particularly exciting as we have three leaders new to Pathway: Rev Ken Stephens, Ola Nordstrom and Linette Penny as well as the welcome return of  Fr Jerry Sheehy.

The day is divided into three parts. There are five sessions to choose from, and each one is available at each part of the day. Each session is a small group of twenty or less. You may choose any three sessions – each one lasts 75 minutes and includes some input from the leader, an opportunity for sharing and discussion and time for prayer.
