Body to be interred in the grounds of the parish church of Westbere, in or near to the grave of mother and father, and for a tombstone of a value between ten and fifteen pounds be placed to mark the grave.

All personal goods to be sold and converted into money.

The sum of fifty guineas to the executor.

To daughter, Phoebe Twyman, the sum of twelve hundred pounds, to be paid at the age of 21-years or upon marriage.  If married under the age of 21-years without the approval of the executor, then half of the said sum to go to Phoebe and the other half to the executor.  If she should died before the age of 21-years, then said legacy to be shared equally between testator's brothers, Wheeler & Arthur Twyman.

If the estate has insufficient monies to meet this legacy, then real estate is charged to make yearly payments of sixty pounds to meet the residue.

Until the age of 21-years, profits of said legacy to be used for education of the said Phoebe Twyman.

If there should be any residue in the personal estate, then monies to be shared equally between wife, Ann Twyman, and the said Phoebe Twyman.

To brother-in-law, John Ffriend, all real estate wheresoever in trust for yearly profits of sixty pounds to be used for the maintenance of said wife, Ann Twyman.  After her decease, real estate to said brothers, Wheeler & Arthur Twyman.
