INFORMATION

The Current pitch fee is £117.65 per calendar month and is reviewed annually in January.  There are a limited number of garages available or a parking space will be allocated within the resident's parking area.

Electricity is by credit meter and is read quarterly in January, April, July and October.  Payment is collected on the 15th of the month with the pitch fee.  A monthly payment plan is also available.

Gas is currently £56.20 for 47Kg bottle.  For your convenience gas consumption levels are monitored by us twice a month in the summer and three times a month in the winter.  When required it is delivered and connected to your automatic change over valve for you.  You do not need to handle bottles or worry about running out of gas.  Payment is collected monthly on the 15th of the month with the pitch fee.  A monthly payment plan is also available.

Water is by meter and is read on an annual basis.  Monthly payments (Approximately £10.50 per month) are collected on the 15th of the month with the pitch fee.  The difference is adjusted in April of each year.  (Some restrictions may apply)

Garages are currently £30.00 per calendar month payable on the 15th of the month with the pitch fee.  If a garage is not required/available a parking space is allocated in the residents parking area.  There is no charge for this at present.

Council Tax is currently Band A.  The amount payable for this band without any discounts for 2010/2011 is £968.72 per annum, payable to Cornwall Council.  Their telephone number is 0300 1234 171.  Their general enquiries number is  0300 1234 100.

Insurance for Homes (Structure and Contents) should be arranged through a specialist company.  Details of these companies can be obtained by request.

Refuse is collected weekly, on Thursdays by Cornwall Council from the collection point.  The bins once emptied are left at the collection point for you to collect.  Recycling is collected every fortnight on a Friday.

The Mobile Library calls on Thursdays every fortnight in Camping Caradon Car Park. (Two minutes walk)

Individual gardens are open plan and are the responsibility of the resident.  A grass cutting service is currently available at a small cost.
