4. Leonard SHIPLEY was born on 16 Oct 1902 in Burton on Trent (30, Uxbridge Street). He lived at 40 Uxbridge Street in Burton on Trent on 1 Jan 1928. In 1928 he was a Railway Dining Car Attendant. He worked for the L.M.S. Railway Co. He died on 13 Dec 1939 in Derby. Cause of death was cardiac failure due to coronary arterio-sclerosis and gastro-enteritis. Death certificate gives address as 24 Branston Road. He lived at 25 Branston Road in Burton on Trent in Dec 1939. He held office in the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes, J.D. Robertson Lodge. Leonard SHIPLEY and Ellen May HART were married on 1 Jan 1928 in New Street Baptist Chapel, New Street, Burton on Trent.

5. Ellen May HART was born on 17 Nov 1906. On 1 Jan 1928 she was a Domestic Servant. She lived at 65 Blackpool Street in Burton on Trent on 1 Jan 1928. She died in 1980. She lived at Rose Cottage, Smithwood Green in Cockfield, Suffolk c 1948 to 1980. Rose cottage is a converted chapel.
