Screen Sharing (with your prior
permission) gives our experts access to your Computer. It basically
puts the expert in control of your computer screen as if that expert was
sitting right beside you. Our experts will notify whether such a session
is necessary and will agree with you a schedule for that session.

is not overly complicated, it's practical to email you the solution.

No. The posted downloads are
intended for single PC use.

An email form (instead of a
chat window) appears when experts are unavailable at that particular instant.
They could be attending to somebody else's computer problem, or have gone

6 billion websites, the Internet is the most comprehensive, most confusing
resource known to the human race. You can pretty much find information
on how to build a nuclear bomb if you wanted to, the problem is you will

You will find 100's if not 1000's of posts telling you how to fix your computer
problem, but which one you chose can mean the difference between fixing
the problem and a complete reformat of your entire system! Unless
you are a qualified computer technician, we suggest that you stick to reliable
sources such as PC S.O.S. . Furthermore, there are numerous sites spreading malicious programs such as viruses, trojans and keloggers, disguised as legitimate files. Other sites post 'use at your own risk' files donated to them by other users, some of which are actually hackers who write programs to look like 'dll' files, where in actuality they are malicious programs that allow the hackers to take control of your PC. |

| Q. | Does PC S.O.S. provide support for MAC computers? | |

Unfortunately not. At
the moment, we can only provide support for Windows platforms. We
do plan to provide MAC support sometime in the near future.

| Q. | I'm missing a 'dll' file, what can you do for me? | |
| A. |
As long as you are using Windows
95, 98 or ME AND the missing dll file is listed here,
all you need to do is complete the payment here
and download the DLL AutoFix. Once the AutoFix is downloaded, simply
right-click on it and choose Open. The AutoFix will then perform several
system checks and undertake the proper steps to fix the problem.

No. Our DLL AutoFix files only
work for Windows 95, 98 & ME. We are still in the process of developing
and testing AutoFix Files for Windows NT, 2000 and XP.

they got hit by the virus. Once the virus gets on a computer, it basically
puts up checks systems to block antivirus programs from running or updating
