Refund
Policy:
Antivirus
refunds will be issued if the download does not completely remove the virus from
the infected PC AND PC S.O.S follow-up support is unable to
assist. However, before a refund
can be issued, the User has to undertake the following:
1-
Contact
PC S.O.S and discuss the problem
2-
Await
PC S.O.S. reply (2 to 24 hours)
3-
Implement
PC S.O.S suggestions
Refunds
will not be issued on the basis of:
1-
User
loses Internet connection or is unable to download. Note that PC S.O.S will re-issue
download link as soon as User contacts PC S.O.S explaining that Internet
connection was lost.
2-
User
decides download is no longer needed.
3-
User’s
system being not infected in the first place, i.e., in case User downloads a
remover but then finds that his or her PC is not infected.
