You will not have to disclose any confidential information such as Social Security Number and Bank Account information at this site. Also, you will not be enrolled in any email lists or newsletters.

System Access (Screen Sharing):

Once our expert has assessed your situation, he or she will discuss with you the procedure, as well as specify which files he or she intends to access on your system. With your permission, our expert will then proceed to access your computer. Once screen sharing is established, you will be able to see exactly what our expert is doing, and will have complete control over disconnecting the session at any time you may chose to (should you feel uncomfortable with the procedure) however, you can rest assured that our experts are only there to assist you to.
