Annette Eason (nee Smart) has kindly sent some old photographs from the mid 1970's. Thanks Annette. It is well worth looking through your archives to see if you have any forgotten treasures hidden away. Being a well organised person, Annette has carefully noted who's who on most of the photos. Annette now works as a staff nurse at the RUH in Bath. We send our best wishes to Annette, her husband Simon and their four children.

This looks more like a rugby scrum than a race. The only face I can see clearly is on the left. It is Ian Wheeler. Surprisingly, I don't recall any broken legs that day!
