The group flies in a church hall in the village of Heamoor near Penzance.
As this is a public building certain rules MUST be followed as a group pilot, these rules are:
1) Pilots must have BMFA flight insurance to fly within the group hall.
2) A pilot is responsible for his/her frequency while flying and they MUST be sure that their
frequency
is NOT in use when their model is switched on.
3) A pilots model may not have a rotor diameter grater than 24 inches or 610mm.
4) During the designated plane period helicopters MUST not be flown.
5) For safety NO MORE THAN THREE helicopters may be flown at any one time.
6) To cover the cost of the hall hire, pilots are to requested to pay £2 for a nights flying.
The group meets on a friday night at 7pm in the Westley Rock Chaple hall, situated in the centre of the village of Heamoor.
The group flies models at the hall between 7pm and 10pm.
