Great Gransden Pre-School Playgroup Committee
The
Committee is composed of a Core Committee and a Fundraising Committee. Both work
closely with each other and the staff to ensure that the playgroup runs
smoothly. A committee member would ideally stay for two or more years. A list
of the current full committee is on the notice board in the lobby. The
Committees meet regularly, with the Core Committee dealing with the general
running of playgroup. The minutes of meetings are put on the notice board for
parents to read. Parents/carers
are also invited to attend the A.G.M. - held in October- to find out about
the past year and to either join the committee or offer support in other
ways. We
also have three Property Trustees who have overall responsibility for the
building and its upkeep [names in the lobby]
Our
Administrator, Sharon, works part-time and is in the office on Tuesdays to
deal with the government grant, fees, budget etc. Please ring
