Our main weekly get together is on a Saturday morning at the Merrick Pool in Newton Stewart at 8:30am (I know it's a bit early, but it's when we can get the pool time). This normally involves an hour in the pool, followed by either a run session or a bike ride, or for those feeling energetic a combination of the two. In addition, there are various subgroups who get together for running, cycling and swimming sessions at other times in the week, so, if Saturday mornings aren't enough for you, talk to us. There will almost always be someone doing something appropriate at a time to suit.
