(A - SG10p & 11p) 9th June 1967 (3d with 1 phosphor band), 5th September 1967 (4d with 2 phosphor bands)
Note: SG9-11 are on watermarked paper (Multiple Crowns). SG12-14 are on unwatermarked paper
(B - SG12-14) 4th September 1968 (4d sepia & 5d), 26th February 1969 (4d red)
(B) The 4d stamps each have 1 centre phosphor band, the 5d has 2 bands
