These Web Pages have been written in XHTML 1.0 with CSS2 stylesheets.
The descendant report pages have been designed to print on A4 paper with convenient page-breaks (on fully CSS2 compliant browsers).
This site works best with W3C XHTML/CSS2 compliant browsers. The author recommends Firefox, though Opera is better for printing.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is not W3C XHTML/CSS2 compliant. The Surnames index page will not display as intended in IE.
