  1. Hans GEISSLER lived in Langendorf im Grund, bei Sternberg and was a saw miller specializing in veneers.
  2. (4) Viktor GEISSLER (1914-1968).

3. Josef GEISSLER (1815 - )

Josef was born on 15 Oct 1815. He was a saw mill owner.

4. Viktor GEISSLER (1914 - )

Children of Viktor:

Viktor died in Apr 1968, he was 54.

Viktor lived in Langendorf im Grund, bei Sternberg and was a saw miller specializing in furniture.

5. Hermann GEISSLER (1860 - )

Hermann was born on 31 Oct 1860.

Hermann first married Franziska POLZER, daughter of Franz POLZER. She was born on 15 Feb 1868.

Children of Hermann and Franziska:

  1. (7) Viktor GEISSLER.
  2. Josef GEISSLER. Died in his first year.
  3. Johann/Hans GEISSLER. Died in his first year.
  4. (8) Hermann Gustav GEISSLER (1896-1973).
  5. Hermine GEISSLER. Died at about 17 years of age.

Hermann then married a THIEL.

Hermann was a saw mill owner and cabinet maker.

6. Marianne GEISSLER

Marianne married Ernst KOPP.

Child of Ernst and Marianne:

  1. Karin KOPP.

7. Viktor GEISSLER

Viktor married Aloisia POLZER.

Children of Viktor and Aloisia:

  1. Franz GEISSLER
  2. Hermine GEISSLER

Viktor died during World War I.

Aloisa died after 1982.

8. Hermann Gustav GEISSLER (1896-1973)

Herman was born on 24 Apr 1896 in Andersdorf 48, Bärn, Troppau, Mähren.

On 12 Jan 1925, when Hermann was 28, he married Anna FISCHER, daughter of Alois FISCHER (1864-) & Marie POLZER (1868-). She was born on 26 Sep 1902 in Dittersdorf an der Fister, Troppau, Mähren.

Children of Hermann and Anna:

  1. private
  2. Paul GEISSLER (c.1931). Paul died young.

Hermann died on 23 Mar 1973 in Hailer, Gelnhausen; he was 76. He was buried on 27 Mar 1973 in the cemetary in Hailer.

Anna died in Feb 2000 in Reinhard Straße 16, Hailer, Gelnhausen; she was 97.
