Club Aggregate and Head to Head Competitions
- Both competitions are aggregate competitions based over a calendar year.
- Trophies are awarded on 2/3rds 'best' scores (probably 10 ex 15 or 12 ex 18)
- Points are based on positional scores per round:
The lower the points - the higher the position
1st Place scores 1 point, 2nd place scores 2 points and so on.
If a member does not compete in a round they are awarded the lowest
score in that round +1
- The Club Aggregate competition is graded into 3 classes, A, B, and C*. This gives members the opportunity to compete against other members of a similar ability/experience.
- The Head to Head(Small Kill/Vermin) competition is based on all members competing on an 'open' basis. The scores should therefore reflect shooting ability across the club.
- The 2 competitions should reflect a balance of 'fairness' (Club Aggregate) and reward for overall success (Head to Head).
*Gradings for the Club Aggregate Competition are normally decided after Club Agg 4.
