	Concerts	St.Gabriel’s Pimlico is a new central London concert venue quickly growing in popularity. The church seats 230 in fixed pews, a gallery holds 70 more, with plenty of room for additional chairs. There is a truly magnificently clear acoustic in this cathedral like space for solo and small ensemble recitals, as the reverberation is surprising low. It will also house a full-size orchestra in the wide nave altar area. There is a Steinway model B grand piano available, and a well- maintained Bevington three manual organ. Audiences appreciate the free evening parking, and we are close to public transport including main line rail at Victoria. Typical hire cost £150 - £300 per event

	Meetings, talks and small parties	Our vestry hall (this is an artist’s impression on the left) is undergoing a major transformation to return it to former use as a church hall. It will be available from the 18th September. The Victorian atmosphere of this lovely room has been preserved, with its high vaulted ceiling, stained glass windows and fine solid wood floor. It measures 14m x 5m with a raised platform area at one end. Capacity seated of up to 100 (we currently have 50 chairs on site). There is access external access to the hall from our garden, and direct access to a toilet and sink unit area. Typical hire cost £25/hour concessions for charities and community work
