The cloud lifted in time for our arrival at the top, where Ian finally got his kite working.
The stag outfit was suitably silly.
20-21st: A weekend away without the girls - our Christmas present from
Mum & Dad. A 'Red Letter Day' stay at the
Rothay Garden Hotel, Grasmere.
The food was fantastic, the weather was rainy, but we still managed a walk up
Silver Howe.
