Hi, I'm Alexander.

I used to be a STAR WARS fan which is why there is a big section on the topic.

I have seen all of the films.

When I was in to star wars I attended 'jedi school' The first time was when Dad took William and me to the STAR WARS exhibition in London in June 2007

The second time was at Disney MGM Studios in Florida in December 2007.

Also at the exhibition in London, I practised battling with a lightsabre in front of a 'green screen' and I was filmed as if I was part of a real STAR WARS film!

I like playing computer games.

We have a variety of games for our games consoles including numerous football games (thanks to Pirie minor) and a few others.

I've created some incredible rollercoasters in RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, many of them much more complex than the ones we rode in Florida! These are shown in my rollercoasters XTREME page.

I really like the lego Starwars and Indiana Jones games, mainly because they are around the lego theme.

I have a large model railway which takes up most of the play room.

It is laid out on MDF boards and decorator's pasting tables and comprises my original Mallard set extended with additional tracks, trains and buildings. The newest addition was the arrival of Digital Command Control(DCC). Because of this all of my locomotives had to be fitted with decoders (little micro-processors inside the trains). This was extremely fiddly.

During the Ocober school holidays we went to Cornwall and stayed in a very nice cottage. During our time there we visited three railway attractions: the Launceston Steam Railway, Bodmin and Wenford Railway and Pecorama (which is really in Devon). I enjoyed all of these attractions. Even though it was the middle of October we still went in the sea. it was great fun!

When I grow up I want to be an architect. I like drawing and designing things. With a few of my friends I have created a 'line art gallery', which mainly consists of parabolas and, rather strangely, other things drawn completely out of straight lines. I also like to design and build complex models out of LEGO and K'NEX.

My favourite school subjects are Science, DT (design & technology) and Mathematics.

My least favourite school subjects are P.E., R.E. and History.

I really don't like sport as much as William, but in the past I have taken fencing lessons with Godalming Fencing Club and been to a few sessions of football training.
