     George Harthill was born circa 1865 at Seatown, Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland. He was the son of George Harthill and Jane Gardiner. George Harthill was a fisherman. He married Ann Wood at Seatown Mission Hall, Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland, on 2 December 1892.1 George died on 27 August 1948 at 70 Church Street, Portsoy, Banffshire, Scotland.1
