     Catherine Wood was born on 7 April 1872 at Parish of Seafield, Banffshire, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of George Wood and Jean Wood. Her family was known by the tee-name of "King". She married John Campbell at Findochty, Banffshire, Scotland, on 23 December 1892.2 As of 23 December 1892, her married name was Catherine Campbell. Catherine died on 17 June 1903 at age 31.3 She was buried after 17 June 1903 at Hillhead Cemetery, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.3
