     Arthur Wood was born circa 1886. He was the son of James Wood and Helen Cowie. His family was known by the tee-name of "Wilkin". Arthur Wood was a fisherman. He married Euphemia Mair at 255 Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 13 October 1916.1,2 Arthur died on 12 April 1919.3 He was buried after 12 April 1919 at Hillhead Cemetery, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.3
