     Adam Wood was born on 15 March 1833.1 He was the son of William Wood and Jane Wood. Adam Wood was baptized on 22 March 1833 at Parish of Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland.1 His family was known by the tee-name of "Wilkin". He was a fisherman. He married Jane Wilson at Seafield Church, Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, on 20 April 1857.2 Adam died on 18 April 1895 at age 62.3 He was buried after 18 April 1895 at Cullen Cemetery, Cullen, Banffshire, Scotland.3
