The Valuation Roll for the County of Banff for Year 1895-1896 shows that Ann Mair was owner occupier of 145 Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland.7 Ann died on 16 March 1905 at 145 Portknockie, Banffshire, Scotland, at age 70.2
