His family was known by the tee-name of "Wilkin". Albert was usually known as 'Abbie.' Albert Wood was a fisherman. He married Margaret Ann Smith. Albert died on 27 November 2004 at 13 Samson Street, Portknockie, Moray, Scotland, at age 82.1,2 He was buried after 27 November 2004 at Hillhead Cemetery, Portknockie, Moray, Scotland.
