     Frank was born at Kenninghall, Norfolk, England, on 9 September 1912. He was the son of James Lanchester and Frances Maria Briggs. He married Vera M Harold at Norfolk, England, in 1936.1 Frank died on 15 February 1978 at age 65.2 His body was interred after 15 February 1978 at Bressingham, Norfolk, England, at St John the Baptist's Church.2
