Hello, my name is William and I love to play football.

I am a striker and like to score lots of goals.

This season (2010/11), I am an Under 11 Academy player with Portsmouth Football Club.

We have great fun training, twice during the week and also on Saturday mornings to prepare for matches on Sundays. We play matches against other football academies in the South.

Last season (2009/10) I played for Liphook United Football Club Under 10s - the 'Liphook Knights'.

We played in the North East Hampshire Youth League and were Under 10 Champions at the Beacon Hill Football Tournament. At the end of the season, the Liphook Knights were promoted to the NEHYL Premier Division.

I have lots of awards and trophys for playing football and cricket.

This is me after receiving the Liphook United Under 10s Player of the Year award last season.

I also received the Liphook United Under 9s Sportsman of the Year award in the 2008/09 season and Under 8s Player of the Year award in the 2007/08 season.

I've also played matches for the Cub Scouts and for my school.

Last season, our Liphook Downland Cubs team entered the Petersfield District Cubs Football Tournament and we won it. This is me with the trophy.

We then represented the Petersfield District in the Hampshire Cubs Football Tournament. It was hard work and we finished runners-up.
