On our first day in Florida, we went to SeaWorld. We had great fun sitting in the splash zones at the shows with Shamu the killer whale and the dolphins. This is me sitting on a sculpture of a polar bear at Wild Arctic after we had been on the Polar Express Experience.

At Disney Magic Kingdom, I really liked the metal trees in Tomorrowland.

At Universal Studios, they were building a new Simpsons attraction. Sometimes people say I will grow up to be a mad professor. This is me with Professor Frink from the Simpsons.

At Disney Animal Kingdom, we each took turns to stroke a real LIVE alligator. Its scales felt a bit like plastic!

Universal Studios Islands of Adventure has a double rollercoaster called Duelling Dragons. The red one is called Fire and the blue one is Ice.

We also visited the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral. In the Apollo/Saturn V Centre you can walk around a real Saturn V, the largest rocket ever made. This is William and me in front of an Apollo Command Service Module.

Disney Blizzard Beach water park. While Dad did the Summit Plummet (at 120 feet tall it's the tallest water slide in America), William and I splashed about at the Ski Patrol Training Camp. This is me on the T-bar Drop.

Christmas dinner at the San Angel Inn in Mexico at Disney EPCOT.
Dining under a starry 'sky' near an Aztec pyramid and a smouldering volcano was very atmospheric, but Mexican food is not my kind of Christmas dinner. The Mexican marketplace was good and we really enjoyed the Mexican band, Mariachi Cobre, singing "Feliz Navidad"   (Merry Christmas).

Back at Downtown Disney, there was a big LEGO shop with many lifesize models outside.
