The James Bond movies
Well, that is what it is according to the Bond fan website MI6*, anyway. The table below lists the books, the movies, and the actors playing the lead role. In it, the film release year gives a link to the IMDb (Internet Movie Database) page for that movie title, and this is useful because getting the list from IMDb is not trivial for two reasons:
- The movie titles have no words in common. Only a few are in the IMDb with alternate titles such as “James Bond 20” although two ( Thunderball and Never Say Never Again ) had the working title “James Bond, Secret Agent ”.
- IMDb lists all TV programmes of certain categories including feature length dramas known as “TV movies” and documentaries about movies. As there are a lot of these, general searches on “James Bond” are cluttered with them.
