Dandelion and umbellifer seeds

One of the first boxes of slides that I prepared for the PMS contained seeds that I had collected on a seaside walk. The elongated seeds of different dandelions differ in their shape and surface sculpturing and contrast with the plainer flattened, sightly ridged ovals of the umbellifer when mounted in a circular arrangement. An experiment in freer brushwork as opposed to detailed pen. Balsam Post cover, issue 54, January 2002, printed on mint green paper.
