Prestatyn Rambling club is always happy to welcome new members, whether you you are an experienced walker who knows what it is all about or a complete newcomer to such activity but feels it could fulfil an burning desire to conquer the great outdoors!
Membership is open to anyone interested in
walking who pays the appropriate membership fee.
Important: It
must be clearly understood that anyone participating in the
club's activities does so entirely at their own risk and neither
the volunteer leaders nor the club accepts any responsibility for
injuries, damage or loss however sustained.
Subscription: The annual subscription is
Adult £10.00 Student £1.00
Leaders: If an appointed leader is unable to lead a walk he/she must find a substitute.
Walks: Members should act inaccordance with the directions of the leader and shall not leave the party without his/her knowledge and consent. Members should not walk ahead of the leader nor lag too far behind. On roads without footpaths, members should walk facing oncoming traffic, unless advised otherwise by the leader. Children are only accepted on walks if accompanied by an adult.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on club walks
Equipment: Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn on all walks. A simple First- Aid kit is recommended as is a survival bag on grade 1 walks. Enough food and drink should be carried for the day.

Fairly Easy - Hills, Moors and Coastal Walking
Leisurely - easy pace
