Prior to setting up Extended Design to focus on home extensions, David Perry has been employed as a design Engineer with part of a chartered structural design practice for over 20 years working with some of the bigger national house builders (Barratt Homes, Morris homes, Wainhomes, Jones Homes etc).  He still carries out contract work for some of the bigger engineering practices, and also provides building regulations details and structural designs for other planning approval practices on a consultant basis.
