Filin is part of a newly built complex of 24 apartments. Filin is only a few minutes walk from the town centre with nearby restaurants, beach, harbour and other local attractions, yet offers a quiet location. It features private parking, air conditioning, heated swimming pool, lift and entry phone.

Filin apartment can sleep up to 6 people. The apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a fully sprung double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a very spacious 24m2 lounge with a well equipped kitchen area. Leading off the lounge through patio doors, is a large balcony terrace with table and chairs for 6 persons and views over the valley. On the roof terrace, there is a heated swimming pool and sunbathing area for use only by the residents of the Filin building.

Filin is decorated to a high standard using a bright and modern style. There is a Hi-Fi, SKY TV, DVD, and a safe for your use.
