Peter Cowley
Peter is co-owner of Quarndon Cognition Limited. He has experience of working in the private and public sectors and with both small companies and multinationals. He spent 14 years working on Air and Sea Systems for the Ministry of Defence and 18 years with Rolls-Royce plc.
Currently Peter is performing R&D consultancy work and technology due diligence for four venture capital companies, for a French domiciled multinational and for a Data Management Company.
Peter recently attended the degree congregation at Strathclyde University where Colin Smith, Engineering Director of Rolls-Royce plc received an honorary doctorate.
Peter sits on the UK Government Department for Business' Measurement Board. He also sits on EPSRC Panels in the areas of Basic Technology, Information Technology, Complex Systems and Systems Engineering.
