Brooke Charity Show, Tiverton 2007

Again we attended this lovely event at Knightshayes Court organised by Penny and Jane.
We took Mojo with Natalie, who always grabs everyone's attention (this year more than last), and Royal Imp with Heidi. Andy and his wife Anne brought the whole family with them to help sell cards and enjoy the day. Even Defer the dog came and entered into a couple of classes winning rosettes and prizes. Both Mojo and Impy came home with rosettes, Mojo won "judges favorite" . Korakor won the same class last year.

As normal we entered into the spirit of the day but this year Mojo was not in the same frame of mind. Providing he was with his very good mate Impy he was fine, but suffered severe separation anxiety if we tried to split them up, So we had to make sure they were glued to each other for the whole day, (Obviously Mojo remembered Impy as his nurse maid through his bad times.) So fine, all going well with no problems until the second parade of rescued equines when Mojo spotted 2 fluffy...... quiet.....non assuming....... DONKEYS standing behind him, at the sight of which he turned into a huffing, puffing, flame throwing dragon and Natalie and Andy struggled to remove him from the arena. Thankfully everyone giggled at his obvious total fear of them and the dear ladies who were in charge of the donkeys very kindly kept them away from our patch of the show ground, but for the rest of the day he was on the watch out for them.
